German Pension Refund Eligibility for Brazilian Citizens

Selon le Code social allemand (§210 SGB IV), les cotisations retraite sont remboursables après avoir quitté l'Allemagne, uniquement si
​
une) vous n'êtes pas autorisé à payer des cotisations retraite là où vous vivez actuellement, et...
b) 24 mois se sont écoulés depuis que vos dernières cotisations retraite ont été versées
c) vous résidez en dehors de l' UE/EEE/CH/UK

Alors que b et c sont faciles à remplir, a définit si vous pouvez obtenir un remboursement de l'argent qui a été prélevé sur votre chèque de paie.
En règle simple pour les citoyens albanais :
vous pouvez obtenir un remboursement de vos cotisations de retraite allemandes si vous avez travaillé en Allemagne pendant moins de 5 ans au total.
Sinon , vous n'êtes pas éligible à un remboursement, mais vous pourrez demander des prestations de retraite une fois que vous aurez atteint l'âge allemand de la retraite (65-67 ans, selon votre date de naissance).
De plus, si vous souhaitez augmenter les mensualités depuis l'Allemagne, vous êtes autorisé à cotiser volontairement au régime de retraite allemand depuis n'importe où dans le monde .

After leaving Germany you are generally eligible for a German pension refund, if...

a) you are not allowed to keep paying German Pension contributions (voluntary insurance) where you currently live, and...
b) at least 24 months have passed since the last pension contribution payment in Germany.

If you are allowed to pay voluntary insurance (a), is defined by the agreement with your home country.

​How Long Does a German Pension Refund for Brazilian Citizens Take?
The German pension authority is supposed to provide a decision on your claim within 6 months from submission.

If after 6 months you have not received a decision (Bescheid) from the authorities in Germany, our specialists will take legal action based on the Social Court Act (§88 SGG) and sue the authority for inaction. The court will then force the pension office to act.

Combien puis-je récupérer sur ma pension allemande ?
Pendant que vous étiez employé en Allemagne , des primes d'assurance pension obligatoire de 9,3 % * ont été prélevées sur votre salaire brut jusqu'à un plafond, et versées à la « Deutsche Rentenversicherung » (l'assurance pension légale allemande) .
Si vous avez la nationalité non européenne , vous pouvez récupérer vos cotisations de retraite allemandes après avoir quitté le pays, sous réserve d'éligibilité.

Did everything to solve every issue we had on the way...explained thoroughly what the office required
After seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to ask for their assistance to apply for a refund. From the beginning until the end, Johannes was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, thoughtful and fast to answer my emails or notify me about any progress. My process took a longer time than the usual (if compared with what has been reported on the reviews) because of different reasons that affected tha Pension Office work, but he did everything to solve every issue we had on the way and also explained thoroughly what the office required and what else was missing in every step.

Always walking through the process as close and as fast as possible

Rate was reasonable...very responsive to any questions
I had a great experience working with Christian in helping me to process my refund. I was told the whole process could take up to 6 months, but in my case, the turnaround from application to deposit took around one.
